Deliveries & Returns

Orders placed before 2PM will be sent the same day. Any orders placed after 2PM will roll over onto the next working day. We are open Monday-Saturday therefore if an order is placed after 2pm on a Saturday this will not be sent until the following Monday.

 

Standard shipping: 2-3 working days from the following day of dispatch. Email containing tracking and delivery confirmation will be sent once dispatched.

 

Next day: 1-2 working days from the following day of dispatch. Email containing tracking and delivery confirmation will be sent once dispatched. 

 

Overseas: Allow up to 14 working day’s from the following day of dispatch. Email containing tracking and delivery confirmation will be sent once dispatched. 

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

The customer must contact our customer care team prior to returning the parcel to discuss all details. The customer is responsible for any and all return fees when posting items back to Lash Fairy Products. Lash Fairy will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of the use of any chosen shipping services.

 

Any item’s can be returned if unopened and unused within 10 day’s from the day of delivery.

 

Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 10 day’s from the day of delivery, after it has been checked by our department. No refunds will be given on items that arrive damaged or that have been opened.

 

Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

 

Under any circumstances refunds will not be provided unless we receive the goods back.
